I am looking to get a metal file folder to store 
my cel in.  I have found acid/ligament free 
hanging & manila file folders.  


Now I just need to decide which cabinet to get.  
Not sure which on will be better.  

1)	One has the side going all the way up, 
which would keep air & stuff out.  But I thinking 
the cels would be able to 'breathe' as much & the 
paint fumes might build up.

2)	The other the side goes up only have way; 
which would let some air & stuff in. Plus the 
sides of the cels will be exposed (will be in cel 
bag then an acid/ligament free manila file 
folder).  But the cels may 'breather' better.


I will not be opening this cabinet every day 
since it will be mainly for storage; with the 
occasional opening.  I have attached the 2 that I 
am considering.  Please look at both pictures & 
let me know which one you would recommend & why.
