hey guys and gals --

being new to the cel scene and all, i had a quick 
question regarding dougas.

basically, i'm wondering if a cel for sale is 
accompanied by a partial douga, what does that 
mean (if anything)?  that is to say does it imply 
that there are at least 2 dougas to go with the 1 
cel in question, would the cel then be at least 2 
layers in depth, etc.?

if this sounds kind of confusing, i'll go ahead 
and attach the two images that i'm referring to, 
and hopefully that'll help clear things up so 
that you guys know what i'm talking about here.
