Hello, I'm kinda new to this forum, and cel 
collecting...

I was wondering to all you experienced 
(spelling) people out there if I might trouble 
ya with a question? When you create a cel 
gallery one rubberslug, do you e-Mail your scan 
of the cels or something? Thats what it sounds 
like and I'm confused (*bangs head on computer 
table* dumb blond!) 

^_^ it would really help me out if anyone could 
clarify the process of getting a rubberslug 
gallery! Though I'm gonna wait until I have ten 
cels before I open one though...only got three 
right now, i don't have a very big income ^^
