I also use Rapidograph Koh-I-Noor (size .25 for 
most of the lines).  The thiner the tip the 
harder it is to get the lines straight ^^; but 
after lots of frustrating practice it gets easier

I got my set of 7 on ebay for a lot cheaper than 
they sell there.  I'm sure you can also find them 
at your local crafts store, I think I saw them at 
Michael's here.

I wish I could post my latest fancel, I am really 
proud of it *s*  too bad I am without scanner at 
the moment o_O
