Okay, I might be insane, but when I was really 
young, HBO used to show this cartoon in the wee 
hours of the morning. It was a feature length 
Jack and the Beanstalk cartoon, and I could swear 
up and down that it was Japanese made...mainly 
because it was very anime-like in look and 
storyline.  It was slightly scary and odd.  When 
Jack gets up to the clouds after he climbs the 
beanstalk, there's this wierd cloud castle, lots 
of strange looking rooms.  There's also a 
princess who lives inside of it, and a rather 
wicked lady who keeps her in this brainwashed 
state.  And there's the giant who is supposed to 
marry the princess.  The wicked lady gets this 
wedding church all ready and the people in 
attendance are all these cutout people!  And 
there's a dog too, his name was Crosby, that's 
the only real thing I remember.  Does anyone else 
remember this show??  I wonder if cels are 
available from it..Id love a cel of Crosby ^_^, 
but Id also like to find the show and watch it 
again.  Just curious, please post if you know 
anything!
