In short answer to your question, the seller is 
fairly well known with a high feedback rating.  
The starting bid is more than fair and actually a 
little high, IMHO.

Next time, though, please do not post any auction-
related question on this board again.  The only 
auction-posts that this community generally 
accepts are auction announcements.  Hope you can 
understand that.

I'm going to keep directing newbies to these 
links so they'll find the information they need 
AND they won't clog up on this particular message
