My roommate and I recently chipped in around $250 
and bought my friend a Rabbi~en~Rose cel. When we 
revealed this to my friend, he told us the cel 
was way overpriced.

Unfortunately, I don't have a scan of that cel 
(since it's not mine). But here is a description 
of it. The cel is fairly centred and close up 
shot of Rabbi~en~Rose. The details of her eyes 
are very clear and it shows her head and top half 
of her body. Including her ears and hair, she 
takes up around 80% of the cel. Also, the cel 
comes with a sketch.

So was the cel really that overpriced? 
Approximately how much does Digi Charat cels 
(especially Rabbi~en~Rose and Puchiko) cost?
