AIC does not release matching sketches with their
cels anymore.  I've been told this may be a way to
prevent easy forgeries.  I've also heard this may
be for their own reference.  It's somewhat
uncommon to get them.  You can still get them
(often in cases where they've become stuck) but
usually you don't.  Most come with cels of very
small things (like hair, or a tiny character) or
just a blank sheet.
