I know exactly what you're going through. Alot
of times in the evening I have to either stay
offline, or use IE instead of AOL. As much as I
love to chat with people, my hands are also
really bad. I have a muscle disorder that
affects me from head to toe. Took them forever
to figure out what it was. But, my arms and
hands are the worst of it, and typing and driving
really do a number on me. Such a shame too since
I make my living on the computer doing art, and
my family lives only 3 hours away. But since I
cant drive, I usually dont get to see them much.
It hit me the weekend before I left for art
school, what a bum deal. Take it easy, and try
to keep your wrists in a neutral position. I
would suggest braces to wear at night :). They
take some time to get used to, but it will help.
I get the tinglies sometimes, but mine is mainly
lack of circulation...I have corpse hands!!!
~~~X.x~~~ I hope they start to heal though, see
you! If you ever need any advice about it, feel
free to ask. I've had to deal with it for going
on 8 years now >_< |
