My suggestion is to keep the cel - and sell off 
other cels to pay the bills. It's not quantatiy - 
it's quality. I know it'll feel like less a blow 
to just sell this one cel - but you say it's your 
most prized. Plus, as far as FY prices go, it may 
grab a bundle on ebay, but it depends on who's 
left out there to pay as much as it's worth. I've 
noticed the prices of FY going down on ebay 
because no one can afford to bid no matter how 
much they want the cel. 

If you must sell this cel ... then i'd hold a 
private auction similar to the one animiko had on 
the hotohori and tamahome family cels.
