You know what that cel reminds me of?  There was 
a guy I went to high school with who was a 
fantastic poetry writer. He had this one poem he 
wrote about colors, and one was electric blue.  
Seems the color electric blue means "comfortable 
depression".  Like, you're a little down, but 
you're okay with it.  I've always remembered 
that, and it crossed my mind when I saw this 
cel!  Describes Nak a little ^^, very nice.
