I love Juri. ^_^ She's one of the announcers for 
the official tournaments. I could be wrong, but I 
think the cel you're showing there is from 
episode 54 of the TV series - she's checking the 
rules (that's the book) to make sure one of the 
moves is legal, and I'm pretty sure she only does 
that once. I have two cels from that sequence and 
they're my favorite cels of her! ^_^

Question though. . . The other announcer I like 
is the cat/fox woman announcer. Does anyone 
remember her name?? I keep forgetting to write it 
down! ^_^;;
