I also have another question...

I bought a cel on eBay from Galaxy Express 999. 
The guy didn't state in his description that the 
cel was stuck to the pencil sketch, and at the 
time (About 6 mos ago) I didn't think it 
mattered. Does anyone know how to get them off! I 
don't want to damage it :#

My mom said maybe to steam the cel? And my dad 
wants to remove it like how he removes woodblock 
prints from the matting (Soaking it in water for 
an hour...) I don't know if the cel paint is 
water proof so I don't know what to do! Help! :)
