Some people dont have a Suncoast near them, so 
they might want the cel.  Even if it was a 
giveaway, to someone else it might be a real 
find.  I didnt have a Suncoast in my hometown.  
They're getting to be more common now, but still, 
smaller places miss out.  I think you can tell 
the cel isnt a production cel.  Maybe it's just a 
nice collector's item that some people want. I've 
seen stranger items go up for higher prices...
