If you look in the Q&A section of the auction, 
the seller did end it for a buy out price of 
30,000yen (a good friend pointed this out to me).

In all the time I have been collecting, I have 
only seen a total of two Xenogears cels. They 
come from a video game produced by one of the 
most famous RPG game companies, Squaresoft, so 
you can imagine how popular it is among gaming 
fans. Since the animated scenes are short, there 
aren't a whole lot of cels from it.

All this time I feared cels from the game were 
cg, but I'm glad to find out I was wrong. :)
