Yep, Kaze got it right on. But here's a little
more of an explanation just in case. While that
is the correct translation of "yoroshiku
onegaishimasu", it is usually interpretted as
meaning "nice to meet you" (but a lot more
formal....hence "Best regards" or "please
remember me", i.e. please remember me when we
meet again, insinuating first meeting) because it
is a greeting used upon the first time meeting
someone. This is very formal, with
the "onegaishimasu", which is very Japanese...if
you don't know who you're greeting, err on the
side of politeness.
