I can do them on my computer, but I've noticed
that if I don't have my "normal" DVD player
program running, I can't cap. You know how some
DVDs like to upload special ways to view their
movies... -_-
The way I do mine (I use WinDVD) is to pause on
the frame I wish to capture, and hit "P". Then I
go to my computer/C drive/Program
Files/InterVideo/WinDVD/Capture, and the captured
images will be listed in that folder. I use an
image editor (Photoshop for me), to resize them,
and change them from .bmp to .jpg.
Not everyone can do it like that, though. But
it's how I do mine. It goes pretty quickly; the
capping is fun, but the annoying part is all the
editing, thumbnailing, resizing, naming, and
uploading-to-site afterwards.
Now I just need to start matching up my
screencaps with my cel gallery someday... ;o)
