me make a decision:
"This is an original production cel from the hit 
anime series Trigun of Vash the Stampede, and 
rare to find a matching background to go along 
with it! The cel is in excellent shape, no damage 
to the acetate, no paint loss or line fading, and 
free from paper - never been stuck and 
mishandled. Has been kept in cool temperature 
away from sunlight. Background is larger as 
generally than the cel, and is painted- original 
production bkg that is matching the cel scene."
