Okay Mina Instant Messaged me the link

So i click on it and it basically says welcome. I 
go ahead and log in to the Ezboard and then go 
back to the previous page and click on Send 
Application ( to be approved) After Mina approved 
me I get an email letting me know where to go to 
start posting ( same as above)  You can only 
access the forum if you have been approved though 
so unless you have all you will get is the 
welcome sign.
