Definately yes. If you are selling it and YOU 
know EXACTLY what it is, then you need to be 
honest and say so in the description.  If you 
think that will lower your chances of getting 
high bidders, then too bad.  You need to be 
honest.  Hopefully, most people who have been 
collecting animation cels for quite a while now 
will always now the difference- but people who 
are new to the hobby ( or, are buying one as a 
gift for a friend or relative ) are a little more 
gulliable ( sp? ) and don't know the difference- 
especially if it's not stated in the item 
description.

Just my two cents on misleading sellers.
