Fast Loading: When I visit a gallery, I want to 
SEE some cels, not play the waiting game while a 
gallery full of 400x600 images load up because 
thumbnails take too long to make.

And most important...DUMP Geocities! I hate it 
when someone posts, "Hey, I updated my site with 
loads of cool cels that you will love to drool 
over. But when I get there, it's "This site has 
exceeded its bandwidth for the moment and will 
not be available for the next 200 years" I'm not 
knocking gallery owners, just Geocities. It is 
Satan's tool.
