I'm looking to trade a new sailor moon cel I 
got.  I'm looking for a nice cel of sailor 
neptune.

The cel is two layers.  The 'A' layer is a cel of 
the villain Eugeal from Witches 5 ( heart 
snatchers season).  There is little line fading, 
and white is painted on the front of the cel in 
her left eye( correction, i guess, but does not 
interfere w/ lines.) Very nice centered image; is 
cut off at the end of her skirt. You can see her 
weapon peeking over her shoulders.  She looks 
afraid, and has her arms up, as if to defend 
herself.  The 'B' layer is a layer of Neptune and 
Uranus's talismans ( the deep aqua mirror and the 
space sword).  The images are very large ( you 
can see the individual faces of the jeweles on 
the Space Sword!) and nice.  Theres a nice 
airbrushing effect around both of them. The A and 
B layers are stuck together- I'm afriad to pull 
them apart!  It comes with what I believe is a 
matching background- it is all a dark blue, so 
maybe it was for special effects.  The blue seems 
almost to be made by a pastel, so a sort of blue 
dust has settled over the bottom layer- tho this 
comes off with a damp cloth, it returns as soon 
as you put it back on the BG.  The BG was at one 
time stuck to the cel's A layer, put has been 
pulled off- leaving bits of it stuck to the cel 
layer, and some white parts showing through where 
they shouldn't.  It isn't noticeable when you put 
the cel over the BG.  There are tape marks at the 
edge of the cel, but it does not affect the 
image.  There are registration holes.  It comes 
with a douga ( pencil sketch) and a timing sheet. 
Some line fading.

Sorry, but I wanted to be thourough.  I'd 
consider a trade for any Sailor moon or DBZ cel.
