I don't know if anyone ever mentioned this 
website store before, but Cartoon Colours Inc. 
carries some Anti-Static solution and cloths to 
help clean dust and lint from animation cels. 
Just visit their products section and click on 
Section 10: Misc. They also have lightweight 
cotton gloves for handling cels, and art supplies 
(if you make fan cels, it's worth a look). Very 
nifty shop.
