...is of a character, who, unfortunately, was 
never named. They only called him "Senior 
Advisor"...I myself am amassing a small 
collection of cels of him, because he's my fav 
CotS character ^^ The main point of his character 
is to ask Spohr questions so that she can answer 
them and thus reveal parts of her character, but 
the way hedoes so is just so cute and bumbling I 
fell in love with him ^^ He shows up mainly in ep 
12, and breifly in eps 11 and 13 as well.
