I post cels from ebay.com.
As you know, YJ announced that they start to 
charge posting fee .etc. It was announced after
ebay.japan has announced that they are closed.
YJ has been waiting that ebay.japan gives up.
According to stuffs ebay.japan ebay.com decided
to stop to manage ebay.japan because ebay 
couldn't get top share as auction site in Japan.
