I think there are a few scattered around. Pick up 
an Animerica magazine when you get there. The 
back pages have the names/address of anime shops 
from Europes. (mostly in France and Germany)

You may be dissappointed in what you find. Not 
many shops carry cels. The ones that do have very 
poor quality. Also, most shops only carry what is 
currently "in".
