Don't know of any cel shops there but if there 
are any cels for sale in the area, I'd check out 
the pawn shops. (But then again, aren't we all, 
on some level gambling when we collect ^_~)

When I was there a while back, I stumbled into a 
pawn shop with lots of Nazi artifacts (which is a 
collectible in its own way but...^^;;)
