People often are thoughtless about how many
enemies they might be making in the name of
aquiring a certain cel, or in the name of
the "almighty dollar". (Non-US/Canadian citizens,
please menatally insert your currency's name.)
But the truth of the matter is that when it comes
to cel collecting, you almost NEED to have
friends. I can't count the number of times I've
been given a heads-up by a friend, and some cels
I only own because a friend helped me get them.
In return, I try to give heads-up to other people
(something I just did eariler today actually) and
I try to help other people out. It isn't totally
just because it makes me feel good to help, it's
also that I know I will later have someone who
might potentially help me in the future.
People who recklessly make themselves enemies
will pay for it later, in one way or another.
I hope that somehow, someway, this cel comes back
to you. . . I have had things like that happen.
Cels I've lost in auctions have four times now
migrated to my collection through one channel or
another. So there is still hope. ^_^ Don't be
sad to lose this false friend. I'm sure there are
a lot of other people more than willing to be
*real* friends to you.
Many Sharp Smiles,
