I was just wondering if anyone could give me a 
little bit more info on what harmony cels are.  
I've only seen a few DBZ ones--I know they're 
shown during the show, but they're more like 
Hanken cels (in terms of the image).  And 
they're done with full shading and everything.

What are they painted on?  Are they airbrushed?  
How big are they normally?
