Okie one more question :)

Recently as I've been buying more and more cels, 
spending as much as $1000 I've been really 
worried about the whole concept of "Fake Cels". I 
know that there are "Fan Cels" and such, but I'm 
worried about really good artists like taking 
junky cels and cleaning/erasing them and turning 
them into $500 cels. How can you tell if a cel is 
a fake cel or not. 

If anyone can give me any information I would 
really apreciate it!
