As for bargaining, prices are pretty much set, 
although some places have sales sometimes. You 
can try, but remember that dealers get a fair 
amount of email, so I think they'd get annoyed if 
everybody decided to bargain over prices for 
every cel. Moreover, while you try to haggle 
someone else may swoop in, offering to buy it at 
the set price.
