...there are two such cels that come to mind. One 
is a Tennimon cel of Noelle with a mis-matching 
halo layers floating behind and under her chin -.-
;; No one wants a Noelle cel with a random halo 
smack dab in the middle of it X.X

The other is a Tennimon cel too, but it hasn't 
been there as long. I like to call it "Blurry 
McBlurBlur"...it's a Tennimon cel with an image 
so badly blurred I wonder if the person was 
taking pictures under water.
