most cel shops will mark up cel books, which are 
usually not intended for cels specifically but 
are for art. go to your local art store(pearl is 
the biggest chain) and ask to be pointed towards 
the cheaper-end art portfolio books. I bought 
mine for $10 each, they're very nice quality and 
they hold 50 cels per book.
