I know of someone who sold a Phibrizzo for $ 300+
recently because he is a 'rare' character for the 
most part (Won't name any names)

Evilminion, I know you sold yours recently for 
under $ 100- I purchased mine for over $ 100

Again I would say that probably how much you 
liked Philbrizzo or the scene the Cel is from,  
would determine the 'worth' of the cel.
