The only one I've ever seen was in Tokyo - in the 
display case of one of Mandarake's branches in 
Nakano.  It was an absolutely beautiful cel- with 
the two policemen holding the angel up at the car- 
right as she's about to fly off.  It was amazing 
to see.  But definately not for sale ^^;.
