I think it's prolly 'cause nekkid anime guys are, 
to paraphrase Dogma, about as anatomically 
correct as a Ken doll. Of course, so are anime 
girls, but girls have boobs, and people seem to 
not like boobs flappin' around, whereas pectorals 
on guys are A-OK! Of course, there's also the 
fact that if an anime girl is nekkid, it's more 
likely to be a full body shot whereas anime guys 
rarely have below the waist shots...blah ;p
