I've read every single OMG manga issue published 
so far, and watched all the DVD's several times.  
This cel just doesn't look right.

The overall shape of her face seems off.  The 
emotional message projected by the details of the 
image does not say "Beldandy".

The Deedlit fan-cel currently on e-bay looks more 
authentic than this cel does.
