I believe it shown prior to the 1st movie. The 
Kero-chan ni Omakase (Takoyaki ga daisuki! ^_^) 
was shown along with the second movie (we were in 
Japan at the time and saw it in the theatres).  
It may be on the movie 1 DVD, I'm not sure as 
I've never seen movie 1. If it helps, I do own 
the CCS Movie 2 DVD (Japanese) and there isn't a 
Clover video on it. It comes with the second 
movie, several commercials for the movie, and the 
Kero-chan no Omakase. Oh, and the "hope" card 
(which is really nifty and completes the Sakura 
Card set if you bought the Sakura box in Japan).
