This recently happened to me as well.  A few 
wishlist cels, and a dreamcel all became suddenly 
available.  The two wishlist cels were cels Id 
waited on for eons.  The dreamcel also became a 
prospect.  The dreamcel would cost me an abhorant 
amout of money.  The other wishlist cels..which I 
let pass me by, went for much less, but still a 
decent amt of money.  

I say go for your ultimate dreamcel.  Dont buy 
all the cels and go into debt, trust me, it's not 
fun to deal with debt.
