Yes you should have got the OVA the tv season if 
i'm correct is 26 episodes  The tapes I have form 
a picture of shooting star (dragon) on one of the 
sides.  The difference in cel price is astounding 
lol  OVA cels are extremely expensive and pretty 
rare.  Depending on what character you want 
prices will be pretty high.  Most of the top 
characters Deedlit, and Pirotess I think are the 
2 highest price wise correct me if I'm wrong
