In the small three part OVA series, Pia Carrot,
there is no doubt in my mind that this Cel is the
Number one shot of the whole anime. Its a B-1
End Cel (the A Layer is mirror ball lighting
effects). In the show its panned for about 5
seconds. Simply the best!
