Everything Lizzard said is the truth. A couple
more interesting points:
1) Take a look - you'll see this "Serugainochi"
person is also on Anime Taro's blacklist. (The
name at the very bottom at the moment.)
2) When I was having trouble contacting him,
there were *TWO* major deputy services that saw
my neutral feedback to him and wrote to me saying
they *ALSO* had had problems with him.
3) This person (so I was told by one of the two
deputies) had LOTS of negative feedback before
changing their ID just a short time before I
dealt with them. In this person's original
feedback, the buyers/sellers (foreign and
Japanese alike) had all claimed he didn't bother
to keep in touch with them and their e-mails to
him were bouncing.
Myself, I would never deal with this person
again. The only reason I can't say this person is
unreliable is because we *did* actually get
Lizzard's cel. . . But only after forever waiting
to the point that we gave it up for a lost cause.
I will say that this person is *IRRESPONSIBLE*
(which, incidentally, is exactly the term one of
the deputies who wrote me used to describe him)
because he made NO effort to keep in contact with
me when he KNEW full well I couldn't contact him.
When I told him I was receiving his messages, but
that mine to him were bouncing, his only reply
was basically: "oh well, I only have this
address - but you can try again". (And he can't
blame the language barrier. His response was
plenty enough for me to know he knew EXACTLY what
I was telling him, and he just didn't care.)
Good luck. . . If you haven't sent any money, I
don't know that it would be advisable TO send
any. (Though I would normally *NEVER* say that to
someone who had won an auction.) If you have
already, then the only advice I have is to tell
you to wait, but don't hold your breath. (*shrug*)
