It seems that every time I buy a new scanner,
the red scans completely different than the last
one. And, animators and filmakers, have tended
to avoid red for its difficulty to be filmed
true to the actual color. So, basically, I
wouldn't worry what it looks like shade-wise.
And, the reason the lines look thicker on the TV
is that they tend to 'zoom' in on a cel, cutting
off the edges, when they film it. So, closer up
means that the lines will look thicker. Its a
real cel! ^_^ On the point of faking, if I were
a fake artist...I would be faking $700 DBZ cels
and Disney stuff. |
