Since I'm in Japan, I asked them if they could 
send my order to me here, so that may be throwing 
your shipping estimates off.  But I agree that 
$40 EMS does seem a bit steep for one cel, which 
obviously doesn't weigh as much as a decent sized 
box filld with a bunch of goodies as we're used 
to get from deputy services and such.  heehee

Anyway, thanks everybody for responding to my 
original question & hope you all have good luck 
with this new dealer!  =)  I'm sure you can guess 
which cel I'm trying to get from them...  la lala 
lala......
