Hi
I need to pay a cel to japan, and I have a lot of 
problems. My seller can't accept credit card, and 
in my land IMPO have a lot of problems, and wire 
transfer too. I really 'd like to pay him but I 
can't with the possibilities of the banks :( 
can anyone help me? it's really urgent.
