I ordered some stuffs from Animation Master, so I 
went to the post office and ready to buy the IPMO 
(international postal money order) to him.  Then 
the post office clerk told me that the IPMO is 
not the typical pink color IPMO like the one to 
Japan.  

It's a white color IPMO which I don't get and 
send it directly by myself.  I have to pay in my 
local post office first, then the St. Louis 
branch will contact and pay the post office in 
France.  Finally, the France post office will 
send the payment to my seller.  I'm still 
puzzling and confusing about this thing.  Anyone 
has experience dealing with this?  And anyone has 
sent IPMO to France before?
