Hunter x Hunter is not licensed, as mentioned.

If you're looking for it on ebay, look under: x 
anime.  They're usually under vcd or dvd (all 
region) format.

It's usually in 'dvd' format, but these are 
bootlegs.  Cheaper, though.  
If you want fansubs (vhs format), I suggest going 
to Soyokaze Fansubs.  They've got some episodes 
out.

If you want the Region, original Japanese vhs, 
look on google for Japan Internet Goods Shop 
(jigs).
