Could anyone tell me what is happening to Bonbee?

I used a translation software to translate the 
Japanese text but still can't figure out what 
exactly is happening. 
Will Bonbee liquidate? At least it looks as if 
it's so because the owner seems to auction his 
private collection somehow.

I hope there's anyone out there speaking Japanese 
and can also throw light on this situation. And 
what I also didn't understand is, is this aution 
of the owner's private collection a "silent 
auction"?
