Eek, that's terrible! >.<  
Pretty much the exact same thing happened to me, 
some time ago..  The very first cels I bought, I 
left at home while I went away to college..  Once 
I moved into an apartment, I wanted to bring them 
along, but they had disappeared..  It took me 
over a year, but they eventually turned up in a 
box. Thank goodness, they were still in a 
cardboard-backed shipping envelope, and they were 
in the box standing up straight, so there wasn't 
any pressure on them, and they were undamaged. 
^_^;; With any luck, the situation will be 
similar for you, and your cels will be found.  
(Although, with any luck, it won't take you as 
long as it took me..)
