Are they a warning that your cels isnt being 
stored properly? I never paid a lot of attention 
to this before, but I am now.  I notice a lot of 
my cels' bags are starting to shrink and wave in 
coorespondence to where the paint on the cel is 
touching the bag.  I've also noticed that the 
cels I have bought from people that had one side 
of the bag completely cut and open tend to have 
more fading. Is there any brand of cel bag that's 
better than others?  I have some that are really 
thick, and dont have those wavey patches.  The 
thin bags with the adhesive strip, those are the 
ones that have the problems.
